Rita Veleta, EDP

Rita was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas. As a first-generation American and higher-ed student, Rita discovered her passion for serving the underserved communities in her home-state early on in her education years. She has been a life-long advocate for women's empowerment, immigrant rights, and equitable opportunities for people of color. She is a firm believer that entrepreneurship can be a road to financial freedom for families in poverty.
